If at all possible, please submit a HelpDesk request or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. These are monitored frequently, and gives us the ability to answer questions quickly. Be sure to give us a good email address. This way, we can easily send you links to the exact information and other resources you are looking for.
Although it can take at least twice as long to receive assistance via telephone, you can leave a voicemail message on our support line @ 407.212.7344. Be sure to speak clearly and leave your full name (please spell any difficult names), your username (if you have one), and your email address. This way, we can be sure who called us.
Not that we don't love getting mail... but we strongly discourage using postal mail for assistance. We want to get things resolved quickly for you, and this is not a quick way to get answers. However, if you do want to mail us something:
