Coupon Printing Help:
(1) Clean out your cookies and web page history.
(2) Go in to the coupon printer software executable file (.exe file) and approve it to be installed on your computer.
(3) Reset your printer settings (within the printer information under "Advanced") to the default settings. If you have a combo-funtion printer (a print and fax machine), be sure your printer is set to 'print to paper'. If the coupon printer software thinks you are printing to a fax machine, it won't print.
(4) If you aren't already... Try loading and running through the free program Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome for your internet browser. They work much better for coupon printing and have a lot of nice safety features.
(5) Watch for information (usually at the top of your screen) about the coupon printer being blocked. If your security settings are set too high, your computer will not allow the coupon printer software to load on your computer, therefore the coupons will not ever print.
You may also need to temporarily turn off your anti-virus software to install the software. Some software blocks files like this, so they never fully install.
(6) Fully uninstall and re-install the Coupon Printer software.

Why won't my coupons print?
If you're experiencing problems printing coupons there may be a few reasons:
1. You don't have a default printer or your printer isn't ready
You must have a default printer selected for your computer, and it must be a real, paper-based printer, not a virtual fax machine or file printer or PDF creator. Follow the instructions that came with your computer for setting up your printer. Also, make sure your printer is turned on, loaded with paper, has enough toner or ink, etc. If your printer is a multi-function device (print, fax, copy, scan) please make sure the default printer is the print function, not the fax function.
2. Your operating system or browser is incompatible
Coupon printing is currently supported on Windows 98, NT4, 2000, ME, and XP when used with Internet Explorer 5+, Netscape 7+, FireFox 1.0+ and most MSN and AOL browsers.
Coupon printing is also supported on Macintosh when using Safari under OS X 10.3 and higher.
Coupon printing is not supported by the Compuserve 2000 7.0 browser. While connected to Compuserve, use Internet Explorer or another browser to print your coupons.
Coupon printing is not supported on Linux or WebTV.
4. You did not install the Coupon Printer
In order to print Digital FSI coupons you need to download and install the Coupon Printer. It's free, safe and easy to use. It does not install any form of spyware or adware or collect any personal information about you. Once it has been downloaded and installed, a process that only takes a few seconds, you will be able to print coupons from our site and from emails you might receive.
Why couldn't I install the Coupon Printer?
1. You may not have permission to download programs on your computer or you are using software that blocks the installation
If you are trying to print coupons at work or from a computer at a library, Internet cafe or university, you may not have permission to download and install programs onto the computer you are using. This may be true even if you've downloaded and installed other files. Contact your network administrator for more information. If you have a home computer, you may find it easier to access our coupons there.
You might also be running software that prevents installation on your computer. Please make sure to turn off any anti-virus software or any anti-spyware or adware software. While we have attempted to work with most of the major publishers of such software to ensure that our Coupon Printer is not blocked, there may be programs that block the installation, or put up a warning that you are about to install a program. You should choose to allow the installation.
2. The security settings in your browser are set too high
If you receive warnings or errors that an attempt to install and ActiveX control (Internet Explorer) or a plugin was blocked, or are asked for permission to install a program, you may need to change your browser's security settings to allow installation of these types of controls. Also, make sure to click the appropriate buttons in any dialog boxes that appear to allow the installation. Modern browsers make you jump through a few hoops to install plugins, but it's worth it!
3. Your operating system or browser is incompatible

Here is some additional advice from a SA Blog on September 22, 2012:
Here are some helps for the most common issues.
Issue: You are stuck in an endless “Please install the coupon printer” loop.
Solution: Go to the desktop of your computer and manually install the downloaded coupon printer. It is possible that something (usually a security setting) is preventing it from fully loading on your computer.
Issue: You click to print and are told you’ve already printed that coupon (reached your print limit). But you just started trying to print the coupon.
Solution: This is usually one of two things: You did print this coupon long ago and the availability has not been reset. Or the overall print campaign limit has been reached – so you are seeing a generic error.
There is, however, one other possibility: Your computer may be using a ‘roaming’ IP address. This is where your server reassigns your IP address every few minutes. Used mainly as a security feature, it can occasionally cause problems with coupon printing. This is because the coupon printing software cannot get a ‘lock’ on who (where) the print request is coming from. So it denies the request. Your solution may be to print from a computer with a static IP address.
Issue: You get an error that states your browser is not supported.
Solution: Fully uninstall the coupon printer giving the error. Then clear your cookies and web page history and restart the computer. Return to the coupon you wish to print and try printing again. It will prompt you to install the (now missing) coupon printer, giving you the freshest version.
Another possible solution: Downgrade your browser to a version or two older than the one you are currently using. Sometimes the internet browser technology moves too fast for the coupon printing technology, creating an incompatibility.
